No doubt about it, we love hoppy beers here at Ægir, and it is also fun to experiment with hybrid styles. This time around we’ve added a healthy dose of hops to a crisp red ale, combining the light caramel malt flavours with the citrus and tropical aromas of Equinot and Amarillo dry hops. Pairs well with grilled foods and cured meats. Recommended serving temp. 4.-6˚C.
