We make Heimdall Gin by slowly distilling pure norwegian potato spirit through a collection of carefully selected botanicals. The result is an aromatic and elegant gin with flavours of juniper, koriander and citrus that is equally enjoyable neat as it is in a distinctive gin and tonic. At Ægir we have been passionately making award-winning beers since 2007 and artisanal spirits since 2011, such as our uncompromising versions of Aquavit and Gin.
